Eligibility for Returns & Exchange
A return/exchange policy ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Within 3 days of receiving your order, you may initiate a return or exchange. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request that you provide a proper parcel opening video of the item. This video should capture the item from all angles in a 360-degree view without any cuts.
How to Initiate a Return
Once we receive the video and verify the condition of the item, you may choose from the following options:
Easy Exchange: Swap your item for a different size, color, or product of equal value without any hassle.
Coupon or Credit Note: If you prefer not to exchange the item, we’ll issue you a coupon or credit note of the same value. This coupon or credit note can be redeemed within 3 months from the date of issue.
Please note that these options are only applicable upon receipt and verification of the proper parcel opening video. Refunds are not available under our policy.
Processing the Return
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 7 business days for us to process your return and issue the refund.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We’ll work to resolve the issue and provide you with a replacement or refund.
