How to Cancel an Order

2. Go to the “Order History” section.
3. Find the order you wish to cancel and click “Cancel.”
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation process.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

– If you cancel an order within the specified cancellation period, we will process a full refund, including any shipping charges, to your original payment method.
– Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Cancellations Outside the Cancellation Period
